This typical N.V. Champagne is a blend of Pinot Noir (45%), Pinot Meunier (45%) and Chardonnay (10%). Produced in the most traditional way and only with "cuvée" (first juice from the pressing), it was aged on the "lies" for 2 to 3 years.
This fruity and flowery Champagne may be enjoyed and will delight all tastes.
This fine aperitif will be best appreciated at an ideal temperature of 8 to 10°C.
