Vinification

This fine Champagne is mainly made from Chardonnay (at least 2/3) but also Pinot Noir grapes, which were carefully selected from the very best grapes of the year.

Characteristics

This exceptional cuvée was first produced in 1995, as a tribute to Charles GARDET, founder of the House in 1895.

Tasting

In order to enjoy all its aromas, this Champagne is best appreciated as an aperitif at an ideal temperature of 10 - 12°C. Ready to drink now, it will continue to improve over several years to surprise and delight the patient wine-lover.
