BRUT "PREMIER CRU"

Vinification

This Champagne is a blend of Pinot Meunier (60%) and Pinot Noir (40%) grapes from the "Premier Cru" vineyards in Hautvillers, birth place of Champagne. It was aged on the "lies" for over 3 years in the coolness of our cellars.

Characteristics

Its sophisticated nose is a mixture of very fine and flowery aromas, with a fruity flavour and a roundness which offers a good length on the palate.

Tasting

This brut may be enjoyed as a fine aperitif, at an ideal temperature of 8 to 10°C.
