This Blanc de Blancs is only produced in quite exceptional years, only from "Grand Cru" Chardonnay grapes in the "Côte des Blancs".
Like all our Champagnes, this is aged the longest possible in order to maximise the aromas obtained by the contact with the "lies", which also keep the wine fresh.
Long and complex with hints of honey and nuts, it can be enjoyed for great occasions or with fine cuisine, at an optimum temperature of 10 to 12°C.
